Shiran joined IIF in February 2020, bringing with her over 7 years’ experience as Director of Business Development in tender projects, BOT, asset management and execution of projects, and project finance at Shikun & Binui – one of the largest infrastructure and real estate companies in Israel and in a leading consulting firm.
Shiran holds a LLB in Law & Economics from The Hebrew University, Jerusalem and an LLM in Commercial Law from Tel Aviv University – Berkeley and is a qualified attorney in Israel .
