IIF’s objective is to create a well-balanced, and diversified portfolio of infrastructure investments that produce revenue and cash flow growth as well as capital appreciation. Through active management and long-term ownership, we aim to drive and optimize enduring value in our investments.
IIF’s sponsors and long-serving team bring a wealth of experience and deep sector knowledge to infrastructure investing. Being deeply committed to cultivating and sustaining lasting relationships with our portfolio companies, has earned us a reputation as dependable and trustworthy investors.
Since 2007, IIF has raised four funds with an exceptional rate of return of investors.
Israel Infrastructure Fund is wholly owned by a partnership of three anchor investors:
One of Israel’s largest insurance and finance groups, Harel has NIS 350 billion in assets under management (as of June 30, 2022). Among the first to identify the infrastructure sector as one of its strategic asset classes, Harel is the largest single investor in our funds.
Yehuda Raveh, Co-founder of IIF, is an expert in project finance and a senior partner at Yehuda Raveh & Co, Israel’s leading infrastructure law firm. Yehuda Raveh & Co has acted as principal advisor on Highway 6, the Ashkelon desalination facility, and many other large infrastructure projects.
Yaron is IIF’s co-founder and managing partner, as well as a director and advisor to our portfolio companies. A renowned infrastructure expert in both the private and governmental sectors, Yaron has held senior positions in some of the largest infrastructure projects in Israel. He also served as Director of the Division for PPP Projects in Israel’s Ministry of Finance.
IIF has raised 4 funds to date, with strong institutional support and an exceptional rate of returning investors who have grown their commitment in each fund.
