Zephyrus Wing Energies Ltd. a renewable energy company, became the parent company of the Mashav Energia Group in March 2023, due to an internal company restructuring and after the successful IPO of Zephyrus on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Zephyrus is an independent power producer developing, financing, constructing, and operating renewable assets. Its main project is the Potęgowo Wind Farm in north-west Poland – the largest on-shore wind farm in Poland, with 257 MW operational and 98 wind turbines. Zephyrus is currently developing a substantial pipeline of renewable assets.
