Or joined IIF as general counsel in mid-2021. She worked for several years as a senior associate in the M&A department of  M. Firon & Co Law Office,  providing legal counsel and representation to major corporations and leading businesses. She also served as general counsel for a chain of retirement homes.

Or has a LLB, magna cum laude, from Bar Ilan University in Israel and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2013.
